For any repair or issue, submit a request through our tenant portal. For emergencies like no water, no heat, gas leak, fire, or electrical hazard, call our 24 hour line at the number below. We aim to respond to non emergency requests within two business days.
Rent is due on the first of each month. You can pay online through our secure portal with bank transfer or credit card. A late fee applies after the 3rd of the month. If you have questions about your balance, reach out to our office.
Your lease covers the basics like rent terms, guest policy, noise hours, and pet rules. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and dispose of trash in designated areas.
Yard maintenance and lawn care are the tenant’s responsibility unless noted in your lease.
Trash and recycling bins are provided by the city, and pickup day is listed on the city site.
Parking is assigned 1 per unit, and guest parking is in the marked visitor spot.
